We are talking about fruits - not all fruits are equally useful during lactation, some will have to be abandoned. Let's try to figure out what fruits can be nursing mom and how to properly use them with health benefits.

The postpartum period has arrived. From this point on, the nursing mother should control her menu from and to. Relatives carry colored fruit into the ward in order to supplement the strength of the parturient woman, and so that the milk is healthier - the same vitamins. The main rule in this situation is to think about the child and the possible consequences after a particular product.

So, what kind of fruit for a nursing mother is allowed in the first days after the baby is born:

  • Pears - this fruit of any kind contains an incredible amount of fiber. Pears, when consumed by the mother, improve the digestion of the baby, prevent the appearance of gases, reduce the sharpness of colic,
  • peaches - these juicy fruits are able to quench their thirst, which often accompanies lactating mothers, activates milk rush and does not cause allergies in babies in the first month after birth.

Only three types of fruit are fruits that will not cause a reaction in a baby and at the same time replenish the mother's body with fiber, a large complex of vitamins and minerals.
